REN+HOMES will be at the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025 in Barcelona
The EU-funded projects REN+HOMES and AccesS will jointly host a side event at the world’s leading event on urban innovation — the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.
The joint session, part of “Enabling Technologies for Sustainable and Inclusive Smart Cities and Buildings”, will take place on Thursday, 6 November, from 09:30 to 12:30 at Fira Gran Via – Zone CC5, Room 5.3
AccesS focuses on creating barrier-free environments and optimising energy performance in smart buildings and cities, setting new standards for accessibility and sustainability.
REN+HOMES, on the other hand, aims to develop a universal methodology for positive energy homes and districts, grounded in 23 innovative solutions.
Together, the two projects will demonstrate how digital innovation can foster energy efficiency, climate neutrality, and social inclusion in the built environment.
