REN+HOMES joins Sustainable Places 2025 with two workshops
From 8 to 10 October 2025, the 13th edition of Sustainable Places (SP2025) will take place in Luxembourg and online, once again serving as Europe’s leading platform for EU research collaboration and market opportunities.
After the successful experience at last year’s edition, REN+HOMES will be back at SP2025 to actively contribute in two workshops.
Neighbourhood Regeneration 2.0: Crafting sustainable and inclusive communities
9 October, 14:00-15:30 CEST
Building on the outcomes of SP2024, this session will gather EU-funded projects and members of the Built4People (B4P) stakeholder community to strengthen collaboration towards a more inclusive, sustainable, and high-quality built environment.
Discussions will focus on the urgent need for neighbourhood regeneration aligned with low-carbon goals, showcasing innovative solutions that scale from buildings to the neighbourhood level.

From demonstration to deployment: Bridging the gap to market uptake
9 October, 16:00-17:30 CEST
In this workshop, led by ICONS and joined by flagship projects DEDALUS, SUPERSHINE, InEEXs, and SIRCULAR, participants will explore the challenges and opportunities of replicating solutions in the built environment.
Instead of abstract approaches, the session will take a story-driven journey through real-world pilots, uncovering both the barriers and breakthroughs behind replication.
Key takeaways:
- Insights from real-life demonstrations across Europe
- A shared understanding of what enables or blocks replication today
- Networking with practitioners facing similar challenges
